Namely, a strong focus on color accents… even when the color is all white.  To contrast one type of bold style, other rooms in his apartment are equally bold and deliberately designed to accent those strong shades of green or teal.  Needless to say, it’s definitely a bold choice as a living space… granted, Miami beach is all about making bold design choices.
