This Otake house is created by Suppose Design Office. It is located in Otake City West of Hiroshima, more exactly on a high plateau in the neighborhood of the Kamei Park of the Kamei Castle Ruins. The southern side of Otake house is an industrial district and a beautiful mountain landscape view, while the northern side is remarkable scenery of the Seto Inlans Sea and Miyajima. In constructing the building, water proof material commonly used in ship construction is applied to the entire structure to make it a unique and detailed building requiring no sealants or tiling.
