Single Family Housing Alviães by Materia Modular

Refers to this project to a dwelling developed in the area designated as “Forest Area”.
In this sense the project considered the environmental characteristics of the environment and the distant skyline of which dominates the Ria de Aveiro. In the language of contemporary design houses a comprehensive program in an area of deployment of 271m2. The program consists of two volumes, one larger and one smaller, which intersect with the larger consists of two floors and smaller dimensions of a single floor.
In the larger volume, at the Ground Floor develops the area of social housing and covered parking area closed for up to two cars. The top floor of this volume is for the private area of housing.The volume of smaller houses the remainder of the program required that includes, essentially, game room, indoor pool and Turkish steam room.
In outer space, we developed a platform for expansion into the rooms and the kitchen from which you access the swimming pool and where you can then cover with a full remote but magnificent view of Aveiro.
