The house is located on the eastern coastline of Jutland, Denmark and there live two parents and four their children. Exclusive Z-shape of the three-level house solves all challenges of the site. Besides beautiful sea views house’s rooms has great views to outdoor terraces on 2 different levels.

Imbued with a warm and welcoming ambience, this character rich home features wide timber polished floors, 10 foot high ceilings, VJ walls, stained glass windows and a rich colour palette.The well crafted timber kitchen features tasmanian oak cabinetry, stainless steel Miele and Smeg appliances and bi-fold windows overlooking expansive views.An easement on the title allows for rare 2 street access.

This place doesn’t only feature a great exterior and interior design, but some special creative touches which we would like to emphasize: different colors for different departments, unfinished walls for the employees to add their ideas in writing or drawing. The place houses over 700 workers and it was designed in order to facilitates interaction and connection.

Urban Spa – Shubin + Donaldson Architects have remodelled this house to soak up its Malibu shore front location. Sliding doors and windows allow the residence to be open plan or sectioned off at will. The site elements of the highway and beach challenged, and dispatched with charming results.
