The house is located on the eastern coastline of Jutland, Denmark and there live two parents and four their children. Exclusive Z-shape of the three-level house solves all challenges of the site. Guess not.If these things aren’t enough for that money, then here comes the cavalry: a championship lawn tennis court, cinema, smart home technology, more than 1 acre of manicured grounds, reverse cycle air conditioning, split-faced travertine and lots of terraces and recreation spaces.

The proposals included the removal of the modern pitched roof and the creation of two single storey wings with green sedum roof creating playrooms, kitchen and family area opening out to a covered external loggia with an open fireplace taking advantage of the South West garden. The entrance and staircase of Modern House Design Foxrock accessed from the rear courtyard into a double height galleried staircase accessing the four bedrooms. The Modern House Design Foxrock has a two-storey studio garage on the North side of the courtyard affords views across the golf course to the East.
