Max Pritchard as famous architect built a beautiful house for relaxing located in Emu Bay, Australia. This beautiful relaxing holiday house called Coastal House Design.Coastal House Design has panoramic sea views but is protected from winds. There are several timber decked terraces which provide outdoor seating depending on wind direction. The sheltered rear courtyard, framed by two bedroom wings of the building, large water tanks and timber screens focuses on a wood fired pizza oven. Corrugated colorbond, timber windows, flooring and decking, reinforces the relaxed timeless holiday atmosphere whilst the floating roof form adds drama to the exposed site.

The main space step down and run with natural topography, connected in section via the double height living and northern pool deck space, Whilst a separate silver shed art studio projects out across the fail of the slope, creating a south lit, plywood lined space for painting, high in the trees.Taking some cues in architectural language from the adjacent Bark Studio, the house explores Case Study ideas of expressing a legibility of construction, with simple clean spaces contained by a series of steel portal frames and glazing, in contrast with economic modules of lightweight sheet and hardwood chamferboard cladding.
