New Apartment designed by Schlosser + Partner were very siple and clean all covered with light and white.as we known white as interior design concept.The apartment is on one of the upper floors of a residential building in the east of Graz, which was designed by an architect. The apartment offers qualities like proximity to the city centre, lots of light, communicative access balconies with private patios, spacious balconies and a clear and simple floor plan.

Belyea Faigin residence is located between Ballard and Phinney Ridge. The house is a home for an artist Gary Faigin, his wife and their two children. Originally it had been an 1936 year’s building that was accompanied by a new three story, 1600 square feet addition. The lowest level is Gary’s studio, the middle level is the living/dining room and the top floor is a new master suite.

In the Renaissance, the mechanics and proportions of the human body were translated into mathematical systems, currently, knowledge of nature has evolved from the scale of the mechanical to the intricacies of the molecular, to subtle and complex mapping that has changed our under-standing of the nature of nature. It is this contemporary conception of order that this gateway parking structure expresses.Translucent channel glass arranged in DNA-derived patterns with open voids enclose the facades and provides ventilation for the parking, also conferring on the building a distinctive and memorable image. The glass has a stippled surface that radiates light,forming a shimmering veil around the concrete structure. At night, the channel glass is illuminated from within. On the south facade are photovoltaic panels arranged in the same patterns.
