Spanish Architecture House by Zack|de Vito Architecture

This Spanish Architecture House has amazing views of of the estuary of A Corunna in its north side.The project is developed under these conditionings in two combined volumes that configure the different inside and outside spaces, development related directly with the sculptural “task” of extracting material of a compact volume. If we have to put a name to these way of working would be Eduardo Chillida. The house is, this way, clearly open to the sea and radically closed to the boundary of the access road.

In 1973 Murray Cockburn Partnership succeeded Architects Engineers Partnership which was established by Murray Cockburn in Suva, Fiji in 1971. MCP has associated Ron Seeto joined the practice in 1981. MCP Auckland was opened in 1986. Ron Seeto is principal of MCP Auckland. COOP 15 began in 1992 as Lane Williams Architects. Jill Lewis joined the firm in 1997 and became a Principal in 2004. The firm opened a new studio at 15 McGraw Street on top of Queen Anne Hill in 2006.Lane Williams, AIA , received his Master of Architecture degree from the University of Washington in 1984. Lane’s work has received more than a dozen design awards from the Seattle Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and can be regularly found in regional and national publications.
