The top floor is the largest part of the building and is formed by a series of different sized patios which illuminate the interior spaces and the access floor. The rhythm of the patios, along with higher spaces, creates an original distribution full of diagonals and crisscross views which permits the entrance of diffuse light reminiscent of Arabic architecture.

The house blurring of public or private boundaries reinforce the sense of community that they embrace and encourage.
