Fifty-five terraced houses in 7 blocks arranged in concentric crowns. Two different sizes given from the depth of the building: 8,4 and 9,4 meters, 41 houses of 72 sm and 14 of about 80-85 sm. Each house is developed on two stories and is provided with balcony and windows on both sides, allowing double exposure and effective natural ventilation. The roof projects about 1,5 m from the facade, thus creating a pleasant shadow, particularly enjoyable during sunny days.
