Beautiful Private Housing called House Brantães by Materia Modular

his is a family house consisting of two floors (ground floor +1) and will take advantage of the roof.The floor of the housing is composed of all the magazines at private housing, namely: the sitting room, dining room, kitchen and sanitary service. On the 1st floor then come the three bedrooms, one with a private toilet, the other two rooms share the one toilet that track the formation of the floor. Thereby achieving a clear distinction between the public area and private housing.

In the context of growth in the municipality of Águeda, characterized by a strong and diverse industrial, dairy footwear, passing through the molds and mattresses, we are witnessing currently a decentralization process that is mainly based on motivation and the enormous improvements in accessibility that has in recent years and that continues.

A modest building, which can function as flexible spaces for a design team of five to six people, a house for two people and a comfortable combination of both at times.Perched on only four steel footings in order to slot between two mature Australian Eucalypts, the modular 20 metre long structure of steel portal frames is encased with openable and fixed glazing on three sides, layered with operable blinds, framing the broad views of the Pacific coastline.
