A single copper construction was created amidst the diversity of back façades with their richness of extensions. The copper was applied in folded horizontal lengths. Façade openings on the first floor and the balcony above can be completely closed off with hardwood shutters. In addition to the two-storey house extension, the interior was also completely rebuild. All rooms can be accessed from an open, spacious stairwell in the centre of the house.

The Rotating Tower design uses photovoltaic cells and wind turbine technology to collect enough energy to power itself and Fisher says they will have some so we can sell to the neighbors. The cells which will be placed on the top surface of each floor will be 15% open to the sun’s rays on all 80 floors for the full day helping to power the building.
