Chiamus Partner was commissioned to master plan and design a resort town on Queen’s Island, in Cebu. The challenge was to create a beautiful place, without either patronizing or destroying the natural scenery of the site. The organic master plan and the organic shape of the architecture was both inspired by nature, and a reflection of available technology and local materials.

Gfab are designing 26 villas. The first villas were completed in 2005.

This Luxury Architecture Home Edificio Acqua by Rafael Viñoly Architect located adjacent to the main oceanfront roadway, this L-shaped, 34-unit building responds to an irregularity shaped site with dense, context-sensitive development, introducing an unprecedented level of new home construction quality and architectural refinement to the high end of the Uruguayan housing market.

The boxy and containery appearance of residential buildings currently attracting accolades and attention is starting to get boring. However, simplicity, clarity and openness are qualities that continue to appeal.
