Luxurious Architecture Project YAS Hotel was designed by Asymptote Architecture located in Abu Dhabi. YAS Hotel architecture which is covered with over 5,300 diamond-shaped steel panels, containing nearly 5000 LED fixtures is being announced as the world’s largest LED project controlled through RDM. New York based lighting designers Arup Lighting worked with Germany based e:cue lighting control to create lighting effects such as color-changing light sequences, and to play customized three dimensional low-resolution video content, on the grid-shell.

Belyea Faigin residence is located between Ballard and Phinney Ridge. The house is a home for an artist Gary Faigin, his wife and their two children. Originally it had been an 1936 year’s building that was accompanied by a new three story, 1600 square feet addition.
