As a pavilion house, the separately zoned space wrap around the central outdoor garden and lap pool to form a U shaped floor plan.The Key Architecture Design of Tewantin House is the courtyard which turns the traditional western plan inside out. Shaped like a U rather than a rectangle, the house has the garden in the middle, with internal spaces and the lap pool making up the three sides.
